Is window tinting legal in Massachusetts?
Massachusetts law requires front side windows to allow at least 35% light transmission. Rear side windows and the rear windshield can be any shade. We always install in compliance with MA tint laws and can advise on the best options for your vehicle.
How long does window tinting take?
We ask for a 9 AM drop-off for all window tinting appointments. Depending on the job, your vehicle will typically be ready the same day — we'll text or call you when it's finished. We do ask that the vehicle stay for the day so the film has time to fully dry before it leaves the shop.
What is the difference between PRIME XR and XR Ceramic?
Both are nano-ceramic films with no metal. XPEL XR Ceramic is the premium tier — it delivers higher infrared heat rejection (up to 88% TSER) and is ideal for maximum comfort in hot climates or dark-tinted vehicles.
How long do I wait before rolling down my windows?
We recommend waiting 3–5 days before rolling your windows down to allow the film to fully cure and adhere.
